Piano Studies

I originally started playing around age 14, taking formal lessons, but then followed by a long stint of the busyness of life. I started back at formal lessons in October 2007 and continued to around August 2010, when I had to take a break due to a busy work schedule.  I have plans to start back up sometime, but right now I play without formal studies.   I enjoy many different types of music for the piano, including classical works by Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin, and modern works by composers such as Yanni, David Lanz, Yiruma, David Hicken, and others.  I have a Kawai US-50 upright 52″ artists piano.  I hope to someday have a grand piano, such as a Kawai Shigeru SK series, Kawai RX Series, or an Estonia.
